Program Policy

By reading this you are acknowledging the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Apex Swim Club, LLC.

Open Swim 

 For your safety, it is essential that children/adults do not run or play in the Locker rooms, hallways, or on the pool deck. Any child under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a supervising adult. ." Unsupervised children will be removed from the pool" until the parent returns. 

Fees and Refunds

Your lesson/team fees are non-refundable after the Session Starts. Exceptions may be made for medical issues lasting more than 2 consecutive weeks. However a note from the treating physician must be submitted, only then a credit will be issued for the session. No other exceptions will be made. Please be aware that fee reversals are subject to a fee of up to $25 paid for by the customer if a refund is approved. This fee is charged by the hosting bank and cannot be waived.

Makeup Classes

Makeup classes/practice will not be done for No Shows. Please be aware of all travel plans and any other personal activities that may conflict with the schedule prior to registering. Make-ups will only be accommodated for closings done by Apex Swim Club, LLC., or weather conditions that would prohibit the facility to open for normal business hours or force the school to shut

down for the day.

General

Apex Swim Club, LLC. in accordance with NJ state law, has the right to refuse service to anyone. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave the facility. Anyone behaving in an unsafe manner will be removed from the facility.
